Smoothie is a healthy ,tasty, filling drink perfect
for all ages. This flax seeds banana smoothie is very good smoothie to have
even during diets. The name itself says the main ingredients to make this smoothie
are banana and flax seeds.
OK, now let’s move on to this recipe.
BANANA FLAX SEEDS SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:
1
long banana
1
tablespoon flax seeds powder
1
1/2 cup cold milk
2
tablespoon honey
Pistachio
powder for garnishing(optional)
METHOD:
Chop the bananas into small pieces.
In a blender jar add chopped bananas,
flax seeds powder, and milk. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes, till everything comes
together.
Finally add the honey and mix well.
Garnish with pistachio powder and serve
chill.
NOTES:
Use fully ripe bananas.
You can prepare the flax seeds powder
in advance and make the smoothie whenever required.
Or else, you can add whole flax seeds
too. In that case, first grind flax seeds into fine paste by adding little
milk, then add the other ingredients and blend.
