I have seen this recipe on a Television show. They have used palak and flax seeds. But i had only drumstick leaves in hand. So tried with that and it came out well.
Ingredients:
- Flax seeds 1/4 cup
- Wheat flour 1 1/2 cup
- Drumstick leaves 1 cup
- Coriander seeds 1 tbls
- Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Dried red chillies 2
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Cloves 1 or 2
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder 1/2 tbls
- Salt as per the taste
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Oil as needed
Method:
Dry roast Flax seeds coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, dried red chillies, pepper, cloves and Grind them coarsely.
Fry the drumstick leaves in medium flame till it cook partially.
You can use 1 tbls oil or that water stick on the leaves after washing is enough.
Mix flour drumstick leaves, ground mixture, turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well.
Add yogurt and knead into a dough. If required add some water.
Divide them as equal sized balls and roll as thin chapathi.then apply some on the top and fold on all the four sides. then again roll them as rectangular chapathis.
Roast them in a hot tawa, till both sides becomes golden drown. Drizzle some oil on the top while cooking.
Serve hot with any raita or simply with thick curd.

Notes:
- You can add finely chopped onion also.
- Palak can be used instead of drumstick leaves or both can be used as 1/2:1/2 cup ratio.
