Mush room is one of our family’s favourite. We like
mushroom recipes in any form. Mostly i make simple mushroom masala or mushroom
pepper fry to pair up with chapathi/rotis.
Now I have learnt one new mushroom dish from a cook
book, which’s name itself will be unique. Yes., that is mushroom devil.
I am not aware of the reason behind this name and all,
but am sure the taste is really great.
It is so simple to make with minimum ingredients. A
week before I tried this recipe for our lunch and had along with chapathi. It
was so yum and we liked it so much. I want to share the recipe here too, so prepared again yesterday.
Few months before one of my fellow blogger VT Kalyani
(Kitchen kathukutty) asked me to share some mushroom recipe guest post. But
some how was unable to do that immediately.
Now only, the time has come. So sending this recipe to her as guest
post.

This recipe doesn’t call for the tomatoes, yes.,
instead it uses tomato ketchup, which gives different taste to the curry.

OK, now let’s move on to this recipe.
