Sponge dosa is a really a wonder ful option in instant
dosa types. Nowadays there are variety of dosas we can make instantly using
puffed rice, bread poha etc., this dosa uses poha. We can also call this dosa
as curd dosa, because we have used curd/buttermilk in large quantity.

Thavala vadai is a traditional chettinad recipe. It is
so crips and tasty and perfect snack recipe. Simple chutney itself will goes
very well this vadai. Actually in our house we have never prepared this vadai.
Once my sister learnt from somewhere and told me it is so good and shared the
recipe too. Then I tried few times and it came out well. So sharing here.

HOW TO PREPARE HOME MADE RICE FLOUR ( HOME MADE RICE FLOUR RECIPE)
Rice flour is very common in south indian cooking. We can
make varius savouries and sweets with the rice flour.
If we prepare the rice flour in bulk we can grind the
cleaned washed and dried rice in mill.
Otherwise we can prepare freshly in home whenever
required.

Avacado milkshake is one of my favorite smoothies. It
is so simple to make and can be prepared in jiffy.
I have already posted a recipe with simple ingredients
of avocado and milk. In this post am sharing another type of smoothie which is
equally yummy and creamy. The best thing is I haven’t used ice cream in both
the recipes, and using ice cubes is also a optional. Using chilled milk will
give you right amount of chillness to you smoothie. So with out guilt we can
give this to kids too.

The main thing we need to take care is using good
quality avacado, because if the avacado is not fully ripen or not in good

Poricha kuzhambu is one of a stable curry to be served with white rice. It is a perfect option for vegetarians to prepare for lunch instead of our regular sambar or vatha kuzhambu.We can prepare this curry for festival days also as it is a no onion no garlic recipe. Actually I have used few shallots while grinding the coconut. But is it purely optional. You can simply avoid the shallots and proceed.
