Avacado milkshake is one of my favorite smoothie. It
is so simple to make and can be prepared in jiffy. The main ingredient for this
smoothie is avacado , milk and some sweetner.
The main thing we need to take care is using good
quality avacado, because if the avacado is not fully ripen or not in good
quality , it will taste bitter.
I have experienced this. So take careof that , and
taste the avacado before making smoothie.
I have first tasted this avacado smoothie here in a
shop named 50 fruits. They serve wonderful avacado smoothie and we are a big
fan for it.
In this post I am sharing one way of making the
smoothie, and in my next post I will share another way of this smoothie recipe

AVACADO SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:
1
medium sized avacado
¼
cup condensed milk
1
cup chilled milk
Few
ice cubes(optional)
PREPARATION:
Wash and peel the skin of avacado and
chop them into small pieces.
METHOD:
In a mixer grinder/ food precesser jar take all the
ingredients and blend well.
Adjust the sweetness by adding or
reducing the amount of condensed milk.
NOTES:
I have used pasteurised full cream
milk, if you are using unpasteurised milk , boil and let it cool. Then refrigerate and add.
If you are adding ice cubes , no need
to refrigerate the milk. Just use cooled milk.
Instead of condensed milk you can use
white sugar or brown sugar too.
Adjust the amount of milk to get the desired consistency(thin/ Thick) shake
