Parsely Butter rice is such a easy rice, that can be
prepared in very less time. It requires very less ingredients which are easily
available in home.
It is so healthy less spicy rice variety , perfect to
pack in lunch box too.

Ok now coming to the recipe.
Parsely Butter Rice

SERVES: 2 PERSONS
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Cooked rice
1 tablespoon butter
5
or 6 garlic pods
2
green chillies
1
cup tightly packed chopped parsely leaves
1
medium sized onion
½
teaspoon salt(approx.)
PREPARATION:
Peel and finely finely chop the garlic.
Cook the rice and let it cool down.
Finely chop the green chillies and onion and keep
it ready.
Wash and clean parsely leaves and then chop them finely.
METHOD:
In a pan add butter and let it heat.
Then add the chopped garlic and sauté well.
Then add the chopped green chillies.
Then add the finely chopped onion. Add
required salt and sauté well till onion becomes translucent.
Then add the chopped parsely leaves and
sauté for 2minutes,.
Then add the cooked rice and mix well.
Check for salt and adjust.
Serve hot with any spicy side dish like
paneer masala, mushroom masala etc.,
NOTES:
Don’t make the rice to be mushy.
Chopping the garlic, onion, parsely
leaves into fine is very important.
