HORSE GRAM/KOLLU SALAD- WEIGHT LOSS RECIPE
Horse gram/Kollu salad is an easy weight loss recipe. It can be taken even during diet also.
Generally elders says to lose weight horse gram will be good and to gain weight sesame seeds will be good.
Horse gram is wonderful pulse variety and can be taken in variety of ways like salad, rasam , kuzhambu etc.,This salad can be taken at any time of the day and it will be a good filling also.

Ok now coming to the recipe .
HORSE GRAM SALAD
RECIPE TYPE: SALAD | CUISINE: INDIAN | YIELDS: 1 PERSON
|PREPARATION TIME: 5 MIN | COOKING TIME: 15 MIN
METHOD:
Wash and soak the horse gram in water
for minimum 5 hours or overnight
Boil or pressure cooks the soaked
horse gram with salt till it becomes soft.
Once the pressure released drain the
horse gram and keep aside.
In a mixing bowl add the chopped onion tomatoes and coriander leaves and mix together.

Then add the horse gram and mix well.
NOTES:
Dot discard the drained water, you
can make soup/rasam out of that.
